We, at Navsahyadri Group try to connect with as many companies as possible for placement of students. The Training & Placement department facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations in setting up internship and training program for students. It enables them to get the right direction and training to fulfil their dreams. Imparting guidance about market patterns and employability helps the students in polishing their skills. We at Navsahyadri Group try making a job available to every student according to his capabilities.

To ensure the preparedness of students well before they start facing recruiters, the dedicated Talent Management Team under the placement cell edify students professionally. With the proper placement and training, students learn how to put forth their knowledge and abilities in the right way to fetch the best of jobs. Our Alumni are also performing well in the industries where they are placed. Hence we could get the recognition from industries. We would like to assure Industry, Students and Parents that we will not leave any stone unturned to make all our stakeholders Happy and Proud.

Training Programs

  • Create awareness about “career planning” and “career mapping” among the students.
  • Organize Various Training Programmes to train the students in the areas of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Verbal reasoning through the in-house trainers.
  • Equip the student with life skills.
  • Train the students on “Personality development”.
  • Train the students through Mock Interviews to perform well in the professional interviews as per the expectations of the corporate world.
  • Train the students on group discussion techniques
  • Conduct online tests and written aptitude tests.
  • Regular Soft skill training is given to second year students.
  • Regular Aptitude preparation sessions for third year students have been conducted.
  • Regular GD/PI sessions are conducted for Final year students.
  • Expert lectures on career option, Personality Development, etc.
  • The Students undergo an internship semester (6th Semester) in various industries.
  • GRE Scholarship Test conducted through Imperial Overseas Education.
