Academic year 2021-22 marked the beginning of Department of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at Navsahyadri College of Engineering. The department has undergraduate (UG) program with intake capacity of 60 for FE admission seekers and covers fundamentals of computer science courses along with the required courses relating to AI and ML. The program is approved by A.I.C.T.E. New Delhi and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune.
This course will certify students with evolving topics in AI and ML along with core concepts of computer science and engineering. Artificial intelligence & Machine Learning is an associated branch of Computer Science which prominences on technology for generating intelligent machines. AI is a technology which allows a machine to pretend human behaviour. ML is a subset of AI which allows a machine to automatically learn from past data without programming explicitly. The goal of AI is to make a smart computer system like humans to solve real life problems. Machine learning focuses on the progress of computer programs. This course will also offer students with freedom to make every machine to perceive it’s environment that you work on.
